TXCPA leadership nominations for 2025-2026 are currently being accepted for the following positions:

• Chair-elect
• Treasurer-elect
• Secretary
• Board of Directors
• Leadership Council Members-at-Large
• Nominations and Board Development Committee Members at-Large
• Nominations Council Members at-Large
• AICPA Counci
• Accounting Education Foundation Board Member

Nominations must be submitted September 2, 2024.

Accounting Education Foundation Board of Directors
Nominations for the Accounting Education Foundation Board of Directors are also being accepted. The Accounting Education Foundation (AEF) works to position students, educators, and professionals for success in an evolving and diverse accounting profession through education, career awareness, and support services. 

Board members on the AEF serve a 3-year term, and may serve up to 2 consecutive terms. 
Members of the Board are NOT required to be members of TXCPA.

The Board is comprised of 11-20 Board members.
